Payment System

Our payment systems are same as international banking practice. But there are some rules we usually practice with our existing customers. The payment terms may vary from customer-to-customer. But due to strict banking practice and monetary control by our central bank, we are not flexible in terms of credit line to our clients. So for the bilateral interest of mutual understanding our clients are requested to understand our payment types and mode of payment carefully, so that misunderstanding shall not create while negotiations.

Payment Procedure :

Proto / First / Styling Sample etc.:When you need to see sample of your enquiry using available fabrics and trims youdon’t have to pay for the sample.
Sales Sample / Photo Sample etc.: If you need sales sample / photo sample etc. in original fabrics, colors and trims you have to pay 2 times of FOB value OR the total expenditure to make the sample (whichever is higher).

Pre-production sample / Size-set sample etc.:If you need pre-production sample, size-set sample etc. for production approval you don’t have to pay for the sample.

Mould Charges:All kinds of mould charges for print, specialaccessories development etc. to be borne by the buyer. Themould charge can be adjusted with the product price, but the negotiation must be done during price quote.

Courier Charges:All kinds of courier charges for samples andothers will be “Freight Collect” basis and to be paid by thebuyer.

NB: The above rules may vary from customer-to-customerdepends on their working volume, business relationship, individual agreement and working procedures.

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
All kinds of sample charges, small order quantity, advance purchase product etc. to be paid through bank to bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Bulk orders also can be done through T/T payment. Bank accounts instructions to be
followed strictly as per our invoice.

Letter of Credit (L/C):

For bulk order delivery, we need Letter of Credit (L/C) from buyer’s bank to our bank detailing the required shippingdocuments, shipment date and other L/C terms based on our LEAD TIME practice.

The L/C Must Be:
– Irrevocable
– Transferable
– Partial shipment allowed
– Third party documents acceptable
– Negotiation of document at any bank in Bangladesh within 21 days after the date of shipment
– Payment at sight We don’t practice any other payment terms than above. Credit line not available.
